Train your Mind like you Train your Body: Shambhala Meditation Training Series

As Fusion Cross-training clients, you all understand that your body requires smart, regular exercise to stay at optimum fitness particularly: stable joints, strong muscles and powerful movements.  You also know that to achieve this your body requires repetitive practice at these exercises to improve and you feel the difference slowly over time becoming more confident, capable and strong in support of your health and happiness.

What if I told you that your mind is a muscle and can be similarly trained to achieve emotional stability, positive focus and wisdom that will allow you to be happier and suffer less from life's ups and down?
Would you believe me? Would you be interested?

I want to introduce all of you to the meditation training program that I have had amazing results with that is right here in center city, as well as all, over the US, CA and Europe.  It is the most organized, powerful, proven and Western focused mental/spiritual training program I have found, Shambhala Meditation Center. I am currently working through Shambhala Training Levels I through V, the opening series of 5 weekend contemplative workshops/retreats, each with a corresponding 5 week evening session course, suited for both beginning and experienced meditators.  This series starts in January and August ONLY and takes 1 year to complete, although you can commit to just one session at a time.

Shambhala Meditation Center provides secular meditation training that develops mindfulness, fearlessness, openness and gentleness toward ourselves and our world via meditation practice and the study of Shambhala warriorship.  This path shows how to take the challenges of daily life as opportunities for both personal growth and social action leading to more happiness for you and those around you.  The Shambhala Training weekends and weekday evenings consist of  grouONLY twice/year and STARTS soon!
p instruction in meditation, practice sitting and walking meditation, one-on-one interviews for clarifying questions, discussion groups and talks by a senior teacher.  This training is appropriate for EVERYONE and perfect for those:
  • Feeling they should be happier
  • Struggling with life trauma/decisions
  • Curious about the mind and what makes us happy
  • Sometimes lack confidence or a positive outlook
  • Don't like the way they act/think sometimes
  • Who have difficulty in relationships (work/personal)
  • and any other desire or challenge you can imagine
Shambhala Training Level I: The Art of Being Human

Shambhala Training Level I: The Art of Being Human is the beginning of the Way of Shambhala path and focuses on the basic technique of mindfulness-awareness meditation. By settling the mind, we begin to experience the goodnes of the world beyond our habitual patterns and conceptual filters.
The program has quietly become very popular so definitley click thru and reserve your space.  You pay when you arrive and there is a sliding scale if you cannot afford it.  It has to be the cheapest, most valuable training you will ever receive if you choose to practice the methods and teachings. I highly recommend you do both the retreat and 5 week evening course together to really digest it and stay on track.
