Boot Camp is by far the best value we can deliver as we give you everything we've got to get you results.  What I ask for in return is a commitment of 3-5 workouts per week, one of which is the mandatory private outdoor workout where we conduct all the extra programming.  Outdoor training is conducted in local parks.
