So I've been picked up! My three years of blogging on fitness, nutrition, motivation, and everything Fusion was noticed by Philadelphia Magazine's fitness/online editor and I am going to be posting my thoughts on types of exercise, videos, local healthy food spots, etc. on a weekly basis in Philly Mag's Be Well section. Please go online and subscribe to the weekly newsletter that summarizes all contributors blogs for the week. There is some fun and good stuff on there and this will help with my 10th Eating Principle "Think and Talk about healthy eating (and living) until you don't have to think about it at all"
