Summer! Are you where you want to be? What are you doing today?

If you are fading in your commitment/ attendance/eating or have taken a break, there is no more motivating time to be burning the fat and building the muscle with our coaches than right now.

Weather is warming, clothes are shrinking and in a shrot time we will be beaching it, are you ready?
Just keep asking yourself:

"What am I doing today to be healthy
  and meet my goals?"

I just had a salad and am off to workout.  Get inspired and get in here!
