What to Expect


Hi friends and newcomers to fusion. Wanted to give a little intro to what you can expect from my blog. Content will fall in line with our mission to help you be healthy... heart, muscle and mind and my (fusion's) approach is to be scientific, practical and spiritual. 1. New Health Studies - at fusion we go by the numbers and long time practices not by flash in the pan trends. I'll summarize studies on exercise, eating, anything that hits home with our cleints and link you to the study website to see for yourself.

2. Habit Advice - practical ways to work healthy habits into your routine, be it switching baby carrots and hummus for chips and dip, or putting your workouts in your outlook, I'll hit you with quick simple things to do.

3. Inspiring Words and Life Lessons - I've been collecting moving and inspiraion quotes for years now and with each one is a geat reminder for how to carry ourselves, set our attitude and view the world.
